The agreement between you and AlphaFX Pro when you open and use a trading account.

    1. The agreement

By opening an account on AlphaFX Pro you enter into an agreement with AlphaFX Pro. Company registration in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is in progress. In these terms, "we", "us" and "the Company" mean AlphaFX Pro; "you" means the account holder.

    02

    2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the platform if you are a citizen or resident of the United States, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea or Sudan, or if using it would breach the law where you live. It is your responsibility to check that trading CFDs is permitted in your country of residence before you deposit.

    03

    3. Your account

    • One client profile per person. The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
    • Your profile can hold a wallet, demo trading accounts and live trading accounts. Demo accounts use virtual funds only and have no cash value.
    • You are responsible for keeping your password and any device you stay signed in on secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has access.
    • Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not open an account on behalf of someone else or let another person trade or withdraw on yours.
    • We may suspend or close an account where we are required to by law, where verification cannot be completed, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, market abuse or abuse of the platform.
    04

    4. Verification

We verify your identity (KYC) before your first withdrawal is paid, and may ask for it earlier where our obligations require. The documents we ask for, and why, are described in the AML & KYC Policy.

    05

    5. Deposits and transfers

    • Deposits are accepted in USDT on the networks shown with your deposit address in your dashboard. Tokens sent on the wrong network may not be recoverable.
    • Funds must come from a source you own or control. Third-party deposits may be returned to source, and any fee that arises is yours.
    • A deposit is credited to your wallet once it has been received and confirmed. Network fees are set by the blockchain, not by us, and are not refunded.
    • You can move funds between your wallet and your live trading accounts from your dashboard. Funds needed as margin for open positions cannot be transferred out.
    06

    6. Trading and execution

Trading on AlphaFX Pro is in contracts for difference (CFDs): you take a position on the price movement of an instrument without owning the underlying asset. Orders are passed straight through to our liquidity providers; we do not take the other side of your trades.

    • Prices, spreads, commission, contract sizes, minimum order sizes and overnight swaps are set per instrument and shown in the trading terminal before you place an order.
    • In fast or thin markets an order may be filled at a different price from the one shown when you placed it (slippage), and stop orders may be filled beyond their stop level.
    • We may cancel or correct a trade executed at a price that was clearly wrong because of a technical or pricing error.
    • Instruments, trading hours and conditions can change; the terminal always shows the current set.
    07

    7. Margin, leverage and stop-out

    • Opening a position requires margin. The maximum leverage on a live account is 1:100 and is further limited per instrument; demo accounts allow up to 1:500.
    • You are responsible for monitoring your positions and keeping enough equity in the account to support them.
    • If your margin level falls to the stop-out level shown in the terminal, positions may be closed automatically, without further notice, at the prevailing market price.
    08

    8. Withdrawals

    • To withdraw, transfer funds from a trading account to your wallet and request a USDT withdrawal from your dashboard.
    • Withdrawals are paid only to an address you control, after verification is complete, and subject to any minimum or limit shown in your dashboard.
    • We may pause a withdrawal where a request fails verification, where we are legally required to, or where there is a credible indication of fraud on the account.
    09

    9. Copy Trading, PAMM and partners

Where you follow a strategy provider or allocate to a PAMM manager, you remain responsible for the decision to do so and for the resulting trades on your account. The provider's or manager's terms, including any fees, are shown before you join.

Where you take part in the partner (IB) programme, commission is calculated on the terms and at the rate shown in your partner dashboard, and may be withheld or reversed for self-referral, duplicate accounts, or any arrangement designed to generate commission without a genuine referred client. Partners must not promise profits to the people they refer.

    10

    10. Fees and costs

The costs of trading — spreads, commission and overnight swaps — are shown per instrument in the trading terminal before you place an order. Any account fee is shown in your dashboard, and we will give you notice before a change to account fees takes effect for you.

    11

    11. No advice

Nothing on this site, in the terminal, in your dashboard, or in any communication from us is personalised financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade. We do not assess whether trading is suitable for your circumstances.

    12

    12. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available but do not warrant uninterrupted access; maintenance, network failures, liquidity-provider outages and events outside our control can interrupt it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

    13

    13. Changes and termination

We may amend these terms; the current version is always the one on this page and the date above records when it last changed. Material changes will be notified to you. You may close your account at any time once your positions are closed and any pending withdrawal has been processed.

    14

    14. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Complaints should be raised with client support from your dashboard in the first instance; we aim to acknowledge them within two business days.
