    1. Who we are

AlphaFX Pro is the data controller for the personal data described here. Company registration in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is in progress.

    02

    2. What we collect

    • Identity and contact data — name, date of birth, nationality, email, phone, address.
    • Verification data — the government ID and proof of address you upload, and the outcome of the checks run on them.
    • Financial and trading data — deposits, withdrawals, wallet addresses, transfers, orders, positions and account history, and partner activity.
    • Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited, collected when you use the platform.
    • Correspondence — support messages, and messages you send us on social channels.
    03

    3. Why we use it

    • To open, verify and operate your account, and to process deposits, trades, transfers and withdrawals — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
    • To meet anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, sanctions and record-keeping obligations — a legal obligation.
    • To secure the platform, detect fraud and market abuse, and enforce our terms — our legitimate interest.
    • To answer your questions and send service messages about your account.
    • To send marketing only where you have asked for it, with an unsubscribe link in every message.

    4. Who we share it with

We share personal data with identity-verification and payment providers, with the liquidity providers that execute your orders (trade data only), with the infrastructure providers that host the platform and its database, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

    05

    5. Where it is held, and for how long

Data is held on servers we control, and transfers between the countries we operate in are protected by contractual safeguards with each processor. Account and transaction records, including verification documents, are retained for the period our anti-money-laundering obligations require after your account closes — currently five years — and then deleted or anonymised. Retention for that period is a legal requirement and continues to apply after a deletion request.

    06

    6. Cookies and local storage

The platform uses cookies and browser local storage only for functions it cannot work without, and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The Cookie Policy lists what is stored and why.

    07

    7. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Requests go to client support from your dashboard, and we respond within 30 days. The platform is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
