These documents govern your relationship with Alpha Invest Capital Ltd, which operates the AlphaFX Pro platform. Please read all four before you fund an account — in particular the Risk Disclosure, which describes how you can lose money.

Terms of Service
By opening an account on AlphaFX Pro you enter into an agreement with Alpha Invest Capital Ltd, an international investment management company incorporated in the Comoros Union under registered number HY00423015, with its registered office at Bonovo Road – Fomboni, Island of Mohéli – Comoros Union. In these terms, "we", "us" and "the Company" mean Alpha Invest Capital Ltd; "you" means the account holder.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the platform if you are a citizen or resident of the United States, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea or Sudan, or if using it would breach the law where you live. It is your responsibility to check that these products are permitted in your country of residence before you deposit.
2. Your account
- One account per person. The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and any device you stay signed in on secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has access.
- Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not open an account on behalf of someone else or let another person trade or withdraw on yours.
- We may suspend or close an account where we are required to by law, where verification cannot be completed, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse of the platform.
3. Verification
Every account is verified before it can be funded. Until verification is complete you cannot deposit or withdraw. The documents we ask for, and why, are described in the AML & KYC Policy.
4. Deposits
- Deposits may be made by bank transfer, card or supported cryptocurrency.
- Funds must come from a payment source held in your own name. Third-party deposits are returned to source, and any fee that arises is yours.
- A deposit is credited once we have received and reconciled it. Network, bank and card fees charged by your provider are not ours and are not refunded by us.
5. Investment plans
Choosing a plan authorises us to allocate your capital, at our discretion, across a diversified portfolio for the duration of that plan. The minimum, the return rate and the lock-in period applying to each plan are those displayed on the plan at the time you fund it and in your dashboard afterwards; they are the authoritative figures, and nothing in these terms varies them. Returns quoted on a plan are targets and are not guaranteed — see the Risk Disclosure.
6. Lock-in and withdrawals
- Invested capital is committed for the lock-in period shown on your plan. It is not available for withdrawal before that period ends.
- Returns credited to your wallet may be withdrawn subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and any hold period shown in your dashboard.
- Withdrawals are requested from your dashboard and are paid only to a verified payment method in your own name. Processing priority differs by plan tier.
- We may pause withdrawals where a request fails verification, where we are legally required to, or where there is a credible indication of fraud on the account.
7. Referrals
Where a referral programme applies to your account, commission is calculated on the terms and at the rate shown in your dashboard, and may be withheld or reversed for self-referral, duplicate accounts, or any arrangement designed to generate commission without a genuine referred investor.
8. Fees
The fees applying to your account are those disclosed on the plan and in your dashboard. We will give you notice before a change to fees takes effect for you.
9. No advice
Nothing on this site, in your dashboard, or in any communication from us constitutes personalised financial, legal or tax advice. We do not assess whether an investment is suitable for your circumstances. You should seek your own independent advice before investing.
10. Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available but do not warrant uninterrupted access; maintenance, network failures and events outside our control can interrupt it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or anticipated return, or for loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes and termination
We may amend these terms; the current version is always the one on this page and the date above records when it last changed. Material changes will be notified to you. You may close your account at any time, subject to any lock-in period still running on invested capital.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Comoros Union. Complaints should be raised with investor support from your dashboard in the first instance; we aim to acknowledge them within two business days.
Privacy Policy
Alpha Invest Capital Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Identity and contact data — name, date of birth, nationality, email, phone, address.
- Verification data — the government ID and proof of address you upload, and the outcome of the checks run on them.
- Financial data — deposits, withdrawals, payment details, plan allocations, returns credited, and referral activity.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited, collected when you use the platform.
- Correspondence — support messages, and messages you send us on social channels.
Why we use it
- To open, verify and operate your account, and to process deposits, allocations and withdrawals — this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To meet anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, sanctions and record-keeping obligations — a legal obligation.
- To secure the platform, detect fraud, and enforce our terms — our legitimate interest.
- To answer your questions and send service messages about your account.
- To send marketing only where you have asked for it, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
Who we share it with
We share personal data with identity-verification and payment providers who process your deposit or withdrawal, with the infrastructure providers that host the platform and its database, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Where it is held, and for how long
Data is held on servers we control, and transfers between the countries we operate in are protected by contractual safeguards with each processor. Account and transaction records, including verification documents, are retained for the period our anti-money-laundering obligations require after your account closes — currently five years — and then deleted or anonymised. Retention for that period is a legal requirement and continues to apply after a deletion request.
Cookies and local storage
The platform uses cookies and browser local storage for functions it cannot work without: keeping you signed in, holding your session, remembering your theme and recording that you have seen the cookie notice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking them in your browser will prevent sign-in from working.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it where no legal obligation requires us to keep it, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Requests go to investor support from your dashboard, and we respond within 30 days. The platform is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
Risk Disclosure
You can lose money. All investments carry risk. The value of an investment can go down as well as up, past performance and stated returns are not a guarantee of future results, and you may receive back less than you originally invested. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
Returns are targets, not promises
A rate shown on a plan is the return that plan targets. It is not a guarantee, not a fixed obligation on us, and not a prediction of what any particular month will produce. Market conditions can reduce a return or produce a loss.
Your capital is committed
Invested capital is locked for the period shown on your plan and cannot be withdrawn before that period ends. Money you may need at short notice does not belong in an investment plan. Consider your own liquidity before you deposit.
Diversification manages risk; it does not remove it
Spreading capital across several asset classes limits the damage any one holding can do. It does not guarantee a profit and does not protect against loss in a falling market, where correlated assets can decline together.
Managed means you do not control the decisions
Allocation and risk decisions are made by our team, not by you. You choose the plan and the amount; you give up day-to-day control, and you carry the outcome of decisions you did not make.
Other risks worth understanding
- Market risk — prices move against a position, including sharply and without warning.
- Currency risk — where your deposit currency differs from the currency an asset is held in, exchange-rate movement affects your return.
- Liquidity risk — an asset may not be sellable at the price or the moment we would choose.
- Counterparty and operational risk — a bank, payment provider, exchange or technology failure can delay or impair access to funds.
- Cryptocurrency risk — where you deposit or withdraw in crypto, network congestion, irreversible transfers to a wrong address, and severe price volatility all apply.
- Regulatory risk — a change in the law where you live may restrict your ability to hold or add to an investment.
- Company risk — we are an international investment management company incorporated in the Comoros Union. Deposits are not bank deposits and are not covered by a deposit-guarantee or investor-compensation scheme.
Get independent advice
Nothing we publish is personalised advice. Before investing, seek your own independent financial, legal and tax advice, and confirm that these products are permitted in your country of residence. If any part of this disclosure is unclear, ask us before you fund an account — not after.
AML & KYC Policy
Alpha Invest Capital Ltd operates a risk-based anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing programme. This summary explains what it means for you as an investor.
Know Your Customer
Before an account can be funded we verify who you are: a government-issued photo ID, a proof of address, and confirmation that the payment source belongs to you. We screen new accounts against international sanctions and politically-exposed-person lists, and we re-verify where your details change or a document expires. An account that cannot be verified cannot deposit, and cannot withdraw.
Source of funds
Deposits must come from an account in your own name. For larger deposits, or where a pattern is inconsistent with the profile on file, we may ask for evidence of the source of the funds before crediting or releasing them. We do not accept cash, and we do not accept a deposit from a third party.
Monitoring and reporting
- Deposits and withdrawals are monitored on an ongoing basis for patterns associated with money laundering — layering, rapid in-and-out movement, or structuring below thresholds.
- Withdrawals are paid only to a verified method in the account holder's own name. This is the single most effective control we have, and it is not waived on request.
- Where we have a suspicion we are required to report it to the relevant authority, and the law may prevent us from telling you that we have done so.
- We may freeze or close an account, and refuse a transaction, where sanctions apply or where a satisfactory explanation is not provided.
Records
Verification documents and transaction records are kept for five years after an account closes, as our obligations require, and are held on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy.
Your part in it
Give accurate information, tell us when it changes, and respond to a verification request promptly — an unanswered request is the most common reason a withdrawal is delayed. Never allow another person to fund or operate your account.
Questions about any of this? Investor support can be reached from your dashboard, or open an account to get started. You can also read how the investment plans work before you commit anything.
